Note: If you set a shift for a device, that device will only receive pages when on shift. To receive high priority alerts while off duty, set your shift and then provide a filter.

To set your shifts follow these steps:

Login to member access on active911.com
Click on the Devices tab
Click on the device that you want to set a shift for
Go down to Work Shift, which is below the Device code
Click on Always on Call or on the words to the left of the black arrow
Select your shift

"Always on call" means there is no restriction to when you can receive calls, on or off duty. Similarly, "Always Off" means you won't receive any alerts, no matter the day or time.
