The ActiveTeam page is used for setting up and managing our ActiveTeam product. It will be visible when the feature is enabled for your department, which can be done by contacting support.
Agency
The agency page is used for obtaining your alert email and managing your agency specific settings like duplicate detection and customizing the response vocabulary. It is accessible when your user has the “View Agency” or “Edit Agency” permission.
Alarms
The alarms page provides an overview of recent alarm data, so you can see
Assignments
This page will show when assignments are turned on for your department. It provides a simple overview of counts in each assignment. It is accessible when your user has the “View Assignments” or “Edit Assignments” permission.
Billing
The billing page provides information and management of your agencies subscriptions. It is accessible when your user has “Edit Billing” permissions.
Dashboard
The dashboard page is the default page upon login. It provides an overview of your departments and devices as well as the option to add Family SMS numbers.
Devices
The device page provides information and management of the devices connected to your account. It is accessible when your user has the “View Devices” or “Edit Devices” permission.
Family
The family page provides information and management of the Family SMS numbers connected to your account. It is accessible when your user has the “View Family SMS” or “Edit Family SMS” permission.
Groups
The groups page provides information and management of your alerting and chat groups. It is accessible when your user has the “Edit pagegroups” permission.
Map Data
The map data page provides information and management of your map locations and preplan information. It is accessible when your user has “Edit locations” permission.
Users
The users page provides information and management of the users who have access to the website. It is accessible when your user has “Edit Permissions” permission.
