Managing your account at Active911.com

The information on this page relates to the ability to login at active911.com, which is different than activating the app on your device to receive alerts. If you need help activating your device to receive alerts, click here.

How to login to active911.com using a computer

  • Use an internet browser and get to active911.com and click the "Login" link at the top banner of the page. Enter your login credentials (email and password) and click the "Login" button. If you don't know your login credentials, use the password reset process outlined in the section below.

Note: The login process only works for users with existing accounts. If you need to create an account for your agency, click here and use the "Create A Trial" option. Only one agency account needs to be made, if your agency already has an account, contact the Active911 support team for help.

How to login to active911.com using a smartphone

  • Use an internet browser to get to active911.com. The top right side of the screen will contain a menu icon with three horizontal lines. Tap the menu icon and it will expand to show you multiple options. Select the "Login" option, enter your login credentials (email and password) and click the "Login" button. If you don't know your login credentials, use the password reset process outlined in the section below.

Password Reset

  • If you have never logged in or forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link at the bottom of the "Login" screen. This will present you with the option to enter your phone number or email. If the information you enter matches an account in our system, a password reset email will be sent to the email address affiliated with your account in Active911. If you do not receive the email, please check your Junk or Spam folders. If you never receive the password reset email, please contact the Active911 Support team.

Note: If a problem occurs, please follow the prompt or contact support. If it says "Your agency is not allowing you to create an Active911 account. Please see your administrator." Your email address has probably not been entered into our system yet. If you are sure it has, please contact support.

Keep Me Logged In

  • When selected, the "Keep me logged in" option will remember your credentials and automatically log you in when you visit active911.com. This option is commonly used by people who use a device to visit active911.com regularly. Whenever you actively choose to logout of your account, it will no longer automatically log in when you return.
