After hearing your feedback, we’ve added some new features to help your team quickly see their shifts, submit more types of availability, enable push notifications, and expand time tracking. 

Shifts Page

The new "Shifts" page in the ActiveTeam mobile app allows users to quickly see their upcoming shifts, available shifts, and any incoming requests.  

 

Types of Availability 

Do you want to track what types of time off your staff are requesting? Now users can specify their availability as “Vacation” or “Sick”. We’ve also added an option for “As Needed”, for times when you’d really love to watch that football game, but can come in if called. 

 

Time Tracking Updates 

As requested, we’ve given administrators the ability to submit time. Additionally, any user or administrator can clock in/out from the website OR the mobile app.

 

Edit Past Schedules

We know things can change on the fly, so if something on the schedule isn’t right, you can go back and edit past schedules to make sure they reflect what really happened. 

 

Push Notifications

Coverage requests can now be sent straight to your phone, so you won’t need to monitor your emails to know if you are needed. You will still get emails as a backup, but now you won’t miss a request!

When you are convinced that ActiveTeam is the right personnel management tool for you, administrators can use the “Billing” tab to purchase licenses.
