To stay up to date on schedule changes, shift times, and more, the ActiveTeam apps offer the following push notifications:
Coverage Requests - Anytime you receive a coverage request, you will get a notification.
For more info on coverage requests: https://active911.atlassian.net/l/cp/Yg1Qa76WAvailable Shifts Posted - When new shifts are posted or if a shift opens up, you will get a notification.
Assigned to a Shift - When an admin assigns you to a shift or if your request gets approved, you will get a notification.
Removed from a Shift - If an admin removes you from a shift, you will get a notification.
Shift Reminders - You will get a notification ahead of each shift you are assigned to. You can select time intervals from 0 min to 48 hrs.
To enable push notifications:
When logging in the first time, opt-in for notifications. This will automatically turn on all notifications. Don’t worry, it’s easy to customize them and turn them off at anytime.
To adjust notification settings, go to the Profile tab in the app and scroll to the bottom.
You can toggle notifications off individually.
