How to Access ActiveTeam

To use the ActiveTeam product, your agency must have purchased licenses and assigned one to you. Agency administrators (with Edit Billing permissions) can assign licenses.

Web portal:

  • Log in to

  • Select ActiveTeam on the left side bar.

  • Select the Calendar to create, manage and view schedules.

  • Select the Requests page to view current and past coverage requests and act on pending requests.


Download the ActiveTeam app from either the Google Play store or the Apple App Store and log in with your user name and password. Contact an agency administrator to get set up if you’re not sure what your user name or password are.


Administrators as well as anyone who needs to log in to either the web site or use the apps must be assigned a license to use the product. Contact your sales agent for information on pricing and deals.
