  1. Open the Active911 app on your iOS (iPhones and iPads) or Android device

  2. Navigate to the in-app settings menu

  3. Select the "Buy Now" button at the top of the screen

  4. An internet browser will open on the device, display a screen asking to confirm or update the email address associated with the device

  5. After confirming or updating the email address associated with the device, a new screen asking for the billing information of the user will appear

  6. After confirming the billing information of the user, a screen asking for card (debit or credit) information will appear

  7. After successfully completing the payment, the user should receive a receipt via email, and the in-app "Buy Now" banner should disappear.

Website Subscription Purchase Workflow Without Logging In (All Device Types)

• Go to interface.active911.com

• Select the “PAY INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIPTION” button near the bottom of the page

  • The admin of your agency has to add your device to the system for you to have a device code.

• Follow the prompts to complete payment:

  • You will be asked to confirm your email, billing address, and payment information

• The instructions below are intended for users accessing active911.com from a PC. The workflow for using a smartphone or tablet to purchase a subscription via the website is slightly different

  1. Open an internet browser, and go to active911.com

  2. Click the "Login" link at the top of the screen (mobile/tablet users will need to select the menu icon, and then select the "Login" option)

  3. Enter your credentials and login. If you need help logging in, click here for help
