To stay up to date on schedule changes, shift times, and more, the ActiveTeam apps offer the following push notifications:

  • Coverage Requests

  • Available Shifts Posted

  • Assigned to a Shift

  • Removed from a Shift

  • Shift Reminders

To enable push notifications:

  1. When logging in the first time, opt-in for notifications. This will automatically turn on all notifications. Don’t worry, it’s easy to customize them and turn them off at anytime.
    If you opt out and change your mind, you will have to adjust your phone’s system settings to allow notifications.

2. To adjust notification settings, go to the Profile tab in the app and scroll to the bottom.

3. You can toggle off notifications individually.

4. Shift start reminders can be set for multiple intervals, ranging from 0 min to 48 hrs.
