A position can describe a role or duty that a users can fill within a shift, along with an accompanying icon for at-a-glance understanding. You can see all the positions you have in your agency from the sidebar in the Calendar tab of ActiveTeam.

To start using positions, you can Create a Position for any of the positions you might need. Don’t worry about missing any, you can always add more later.

Add Positions to a Shift to make them a part of your schedule.
