Setting up ActiveComms in the ActiveAlert App

You’ve set up your box but aren’t sure where to go now. Follow these steps to begin the setup of your ActiveComms subscription.

  1. Open ActiveAlert

  2. At the bottom of the app, click the chevron to open the comms overlay.

  3. Press the "Power" button

  4. Click on any of the two slots

  5. Select your preferred channel from the list

Note: Users can talk only in the channel selected at the top but can listen to both selected channels.
