Positions are containers for users within a shift in ActiveTeam. A position can describe a role or duty that a user (or users ) can fill within a shift, along with an accompanying icon for at-a-glance understanding. You can see all the positions you have in your agency from the sidebar in the Calendar tab of ActiveTeam.

To start using positions, you can begin by creating all Create a Position for any of the positions you might need. Don’t worry about missing any, you can always add more later.
