Positions Overview

A position can describe a role or duty that a users can fill within a shift, along with an accompanying icon for at-a-glance understanding. You can see all the positions you have in your agency from the sidebar in the Calendar tab of ActiveTeam.

To start using positions, you can for any of the positions you might need. Don’t worry about missing any, you can always add more later.

Edit a Position by clicking on it in the calendar sidebar

to make them a part of your schedule.

For positions that may require certain qualifications, you can add permissions that restrict who can claim those positions. For more, see Position Permissions Explained.
