Editing an Existing Channel

  1. Login to your Active911 account.

  2. On the Left side of the Interface, expand ActiveComms.

  1. Select Channel Management

  1. From the Channel Management page, find the channel you want to edit and click the overflow button or the button labeled “…”

  1. From the drop-down menu, click “Edit” and a new window will pop up

 

  1. From this window

    1. you can select or deselect members you’d like to give or remove access to the channel.

    2. You can edit a member’s roles within the channel from Listen & Speak to Listen Only, or vice versa.

 

  1. When you’ve finished with your changes, click the save button.
