ActiveBridge Configuration

To ensure that your ActiveBridge is working the way your agency intends, you’ll need to set it up to fit your needs.

  1. From the Active911 console, select the ActiveComms dropdown menu

  2. Click ActiveBridge Configuration

This page will display how your ActiveBridge is configured

  1. Radio 1

    1. Current Channel

    2. Radio to Phone Volume

    3. Phone to Radio Volume

  2. Radio 2

    1. Current Channel

    2. Radio to Phone Volume

    3. Phone to Radio Volume

 

To make changes to your ActiveBridge:

  1. Click the “Edit Configuration” button

  1. A new pop-up window showing two options, “Radio 1” and “Radio 2” will appear

  2. Each radio has a set of options to manage

    1. Input 1 Channel

    2. Radio to Phone Volume (0-15)

      1. Recommended Volume (5-12)

    3. Phone to Radio Volume (0-127)

      1. Recommended Volume (70-90)

 

  1. After making your changes, click “Save Details”

 

a. This update may take up to one minute.

  1. After clicking save details, a message stating “Changes Pending” will appear next to the ActiveBridge that you made changes to.
