How to mute and unmute a specific user

To mute a user

  1. Click the cog on the ActiveComms overlay

  2. Tap Force Mute

  3. Tap the agency you want to mute a user on

  4. Tap the slider next to the user you want to mute

  5. A pop up will appear asking you to confirm that you want to mute the user.

  6. The user is now muted

To unmute a user

  1. Follow steps 1-4

  2. A pop up will appear asking you to confirm that you want to unmute the user.

  3. The user is now unmuted.
