Push to Talk
Similarly to a radio, your device requires you to push a button in order to transmit over a channel. To transmit follow the steps below.
Ensure the channel you are intending to transmit on is on the top of the channel display and that you have speaking permissions
If you do not have speaking permissions, the microphone will be greyed out as seen in the picture below
When the microphone button is pressed, the button will change to gold while being held and above the channel the text will change to “Transmitting”
When done transmitting, the button will revert to the original Battalion Blue.
