How to upload Sales Tax Exemption Certificate

Login at interface.active911.com

Click the Billing tab on the left navigation panel.

Click Upload Certificate.

A new window will pop up titled “Upload Tax Exemption Certificate.”

1. Click Upload File.

   1. Here you can select a your Tax Exempt Certificate PDF or JPG.

2. Click the Start Date section.

   1. A calendar will pop up on the screen, allowing you to select the exact start date.

3. Click the Expiration Date section.

   1. A calendar will pop up on the screen to allow you to select the expiration date.

      1. if it is a permanent exemption certificate, please indicate the date 12/31/9999.

4. Click Reason For Exemption and select a reason from the dropdown menu.

5. Click Submit.
