Time Tracking Page Support

Welcome to time tracking!

In the upper left corner, there is a gold “CLOCK IN” button. This is where you can click to start recording time for yourself.

 

You can tell when it is recording as the button will change to a timer to show how long you have been clocked in.

Clicking the button again will let you submit the time spent with an optional note, or delete the time submission.

If the view is for an admin, you can also view submitted time tracking from other members of the agency on this tab. The different filters will let you select specific members, durations, and the dates between which you have submitted time.

The “Download current view as csv” option will get you a spreadsheet of the data as shown from your filter options.

Click the headers of the columns, such as “Member” or “Notes” to change the sort order of the list.

Click the “…” icon to delete a time submission if needed.
