How to Create an Account and Start an ActiveAlert Trial

Each new Active911 agency account will start with a free 60 day trial of ActiveAlert. During the trial the agency has access to all of ActiveAlert’s features and can add an unlimited number of devices to the system. The trial is commitment free and can be closed at anytime by contacting Active911’s support team.

Instructions

To start an ActiveAlert trial for your agency, go to Active911.com/activealert-free-trial

Fill in the form with all the necessary information. Then click the “Start Trial” button at the bottom of the screen. 

This will create a new Active911 account for your agency and start a 60-day trial of ActiveAlert. 

If you are looking to just be added to an agency that already uses Active911 products, please reach out to the chief of that agency to be added to their account.

This form will not add you to an existing agency. 

Once you’ve submitted the form, you should receive an email that will contain login instructions.
